What are the disadvantages of leg shaking?
I've noticed that I somehow developed the habit of shaking my leg, and as soon as I sit down, my leg starts shaking involuntarily. I heard that shaking your leg might not be so good—what exactly are the negative effects?

Long-term, uncontrolled leg shaking may lead to the following adverse effects:
1. Impact on appearance: In formal situations or during social interactions, frequent leg shaking may leave others with the impression of restlessness, impatience, or lack of confidence, thereby affecting interpersonal relationships.
2. Sleep quality: Leg discomfort tends to worsen at night, leading to difficulty falling asleep or frequent awakenings, which severely impacts sleep quality and subsequently affects mental condition and work efficiency the next day.
3. Muscle fatigue: Continuous leg shaking keeps the leg muscles in a tense state for prolonged periods, easily causing muscle fatigue, soreness, and even potential strain. Over time, it may also place excessive strain on the knee and ankle joints.
4. Poor blood circulation: For individuals already suffering from varicose veins or circulatory problems in the legs, leg shaking may exacerbate circulatory impairments, leading to leg discomfort or worsening of symptoms.
