How to treat vision problems
Recently, my vision has been getting increasingly blurry, and I feel that my eyesight is deteriorating severely. Particularly when looking at distant objects, I always experience significant difficulty. I'm very concerned about my vision problem; how should I treat my eyesight?

The treatment method for vision problems depends on their specific cause and type. Common treatment approaches include:
1. Wearing eyeglasses or contact lenses: This is the most common method to correct myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia.
2. Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) lenses: By wearing specially designed rigid contact lenses overnight, the shape of the cornea is temporarily altered, allowing clear vision during the day without the need for glasses or contact lenses.
3. Myopia: Corrected by wearing concave lenses. Individuals meeting surgical criteria may choose laser surgery, such as full femtosecond or semi-femtosecond laser procedures.
4. Hyperopia: Corrected by wearing convex lenses; moderate to high hyperopia should be corrected with glasses.
5. Astigmatism: Generally corrected using cylindrical lenses.
6. Keratitis: Local treatment with antibacterial agents and antifungal or antiviral medications.
7. Vision therapy: Problems such as strabismus or amblyopia may require vision therapy to improve coordination of the eye muscles and strengthen the visual system.
8. Nutritional supplementation: Maintaining good dietary habits and consuming foods rich in vitamins A, C, E, and Omega-3 fatty acids can help maintain eye health.
