3. Nutrition: Increase intake of foods rich in iron, folic acid, and vitamin B12, such as red meat, leafy green vegetables, legumes, and nuts, to promote hemoglobin synthesis. For specific types of anemia, such as thalassemia, excessive iron intake should be avoided.

4. Dietary adjustment: The diet should include foods high in calories, protein, and vitamins, such as lean meat, pork liver, legumes, and fresh vegetables. Patients with iron-deficiency anemia can benefit from consuming more iron-rich foods like animal offal, beef, and egg yolks.
