What are the methods for vision correction?
I have been experiencing increasingly blurry vision lately, and my eyesight has deteriorated significantly. I heard there are various methods for vision correction. Could you please tell me what types of vision correction are available? Which method is most suitable for someone with mild myopia like me who does not want to wear glasses?

Visual correction primarily addresses vision problems such as myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia. Common correction methods include the following:
1. Daily care: Maintain good lifestyle habits, pay attention to eye hygiene, and avoid rubbing the eyes directly with hands.
2. Eyeglasses: This is the most traditional and common method of vision correction. By wearing glasses with appropriate prescriptions, the angle of incoming light is adjusted so that images focus clearly on the retina.
3. Contact lenses: These are divided into soft and rigid types. Soft contact lenses offer greater comfort and are suitable for daily wear; rigid gas permeable lenses provide better visual quality and stability, especially suitable for patients with high myopia or astigmatism.
4. Laser surgery: Includes procedures such as semi-femtosecond and full-femtosecond laser surgery. These procedures use laser thermal energy to reshape the corneal stroma, thereby correcting vision.
5. Intraocular lens implantation: After removal of the patient's natural lens, an artificial intraocular lens is implanted to increase corneal thickness and improve vision.
