Pediatric brain tumor postoperative care can be mainly conducted in the following aspects:

1. Vital signs: Monitor the child's heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, body temperature, and level of consciousness to promptly detect and manage any abnormalities, such as severe complications like brain herniation.

2. Wound care: Pay attention to the drainage volume and healing progress of the head wound. Keep the wound clean and dry to prevent infection. Dressing changes and bandaging should be performed according to medical advice when necessary.

3. Dietary adjustment: Postoperative diet should be light, easily digestible, and nutritionally balanced. Encourage consumption of alkaline foods such as vegetables and fruits, as well as high-protein foods like milk and eggs. Avoid spicy, stimulating, or greasy foods.

4. Daily care: Ensure adequate sleep and maintain a position with the head lower than the feet to facilitate intracranial venous return. Avoid neck twisting or chest compression, and promptly clear respiratory secretions to prevent pulmonary infection. Additionally, encourage limb movement to prevent pressure ulcers and deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs.

5. Rehabilitation training: Develop a rehabilitation plan according to the child's specific condition, including limb function recovery, memory improvement, and language training.
