Bottom of the left heel pain is usually associated with the following conditions:

1. Poor blood circulation: Prolonged standing, walking, or wearing ill-fitting shoes may compress local tissues, leading to poor blood circulation and subsequent pain. In such cases, rest, wearing appropriate footwear, or receiving local massage, heat therapy, and other physical treatments may help relieve symptoms.

2. Plantar fasciitis: People who stand, walk, or run for long periods may develop inflammation of the plantar fascia. The plantar fascia is a tough band of tissue connecting the heel bone to the toes. Overuse or a sudden increase in physical activity can cause this tissue to become inflamed, resulting in pain.

3. Heel spurs: Long-term plantar fasciitis may lead to the formation of small bony projections, known as heel spurs, beneath the heel bone. Although the spurs themselves may not be painful, inflammation of the surrounding tissues can cause discomfort.

4. Achilles tendinitis: The Achilles tendon connects the calf muscles to the heel. Overuse or injury can cause inflammation and pain in this tendon.

5. Heel fat pad atrophy: With age, the fat pad located beneath the heel gradually thins, reducing its ability to cushion the bones, which can result in pain during walking.
