How to Reduce Belly Fat
I have a lot of fat around my abdomen and really want to get rid of it. How can I reduce the excess fat around my stomach?
Reducing abdominal fat is mainly achieved through two aspects: healthy diet and regular exercise.
1. Regular exercise:
Aerobic exercise: Activities such as brisk walking, running, swimming, or cycling—at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity activity—can effectively burn fat.
Interval training: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is an efficient way to burn fat, rapidly burning calories in a short amount of time.
Strength training: Building muscle, especially in the core muscle group, not only increases basal metabolic rate but also helps shape the body's contours.
2. Healthy diet:
High-protein foods: Such as lean meats, fish, and legumes, which help increase satiety and reduce total calorie intake.
Consuming more vegetables and fruits: High-fiber foods can aid digestion and reduce abdominal bloating.
Controlling calorie intake: Ensuring that daily calorie intake is less than calories burned will help with weight loss, including reduction of abdominal fat.
Maintaining good sleep habits and managing stress also positively influence abdominal fat reduction. If necessary, it is recommended to consult a physician.
