To prevent otolith disorders, you can take the following measures:

1. Improve lifestyle habits: Ensure adequate sleep and avoid staying up late, as insufficient or irregular sleep may trigger otolith detachment. Also, avoid excessive fatigue and maintain a balanced schedule of work and rest.

2. Maintain proper nutrition and exercise: Enhance nutrient intake to strengthen the body's immunity and prevent colds or other conditions that may trigger otolith disorders. Exercise scientifically and avoid excessive or improper physical activities to prevent tissue damage.

3. Protect the head: Avoid severe impacts or injuries to the head to prevent displacement of the otoliths due to external forces. When changing head positions, such as lying down or getting up, do so slowly and avoid sudden movements.

4. Monitor ear health: If symptoms such as tinnitus or hearing loss occur, seek timely medical evaluation, as these symptoms may indicate problems with inner ear microcirculation, thereby increasing the risk of otolith detachment.

5. Supplement nutrients: Appropriately supplement with vitamin D and calcium, as the main components of otoliths are similar to bone tissue. Preventing osteoporosis may also help in preventing otolith disorders.
