In general, myopia can be prevented by increasing outdoor activity time, arranging eye usage time reasonably, maintaining correct reading and writing posture, undergoing regular vision examinations, and ensuring a balanced diet and nutritional supplementation.

1. Increase outdoor activity time: At least two hours of outdoor activity per day can effectively prevent the onset and progression of myopia. Outdoor activities not only provide sufficient far-viewing stimulation but also allow the eyes to be exposed to more natural light, which helps maintain normal eye axis development.

2. Arrange eye usage time reasonably: Avoid prolonged near-eye activities such as reading, writing, or using electronic screens. Follow the "20-20-20" rule, which means every 20 minutes of work, look at an object approximately 6 meters away for 20 seconds to reduce eye fatigue.

3. Maintain correct reading and writing posture: Ensure sufficient lighting when reading and writing, and avoid using eyes in overly bright or dim environments; books or screens should be positioned approximately 40 centimeters from the eyes, with the center of the screen slightly below eye level.

4. Undergo regular vision examinations: Children should have their vision checked at least once a year to detect and address vision problems early, preventing further deterioration of myopia.

5. Balanced diet and nutritional supplementation: Ensuring sufficient intake of eye-benefiting nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, and Omega-3 fatty acids helps maintain eye health.

In daily life, it is recommended to consistently perform eye exercises to promote ocular blood circulation, relieve visual fatigue, and help prevent myopia.
