Methods for treating mild fatty liver disease include:

1. Lifestyle modifications: Increase physical activity, such as brisk walking, swimming, or cycling, aiming for at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity exercise. Improve dietary habits by reducing consumption of high-sugar and high-fat foods, such as animal fats, fried foods, cream, and chocolate. Eat more vegetables, fruits, and whole grains to ensure adequate daily intake of dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

2. Weight control: If overweight or obese, aim to lose 5%-10% of body weight, which can help reduce fat accumulation in the liver.

3. Alcohol cessation or restriction: Alcohol is a significant cause of fatty liver disease. Avoid drinking altogether when possible, and if necessary, completely abstain from alcohol.

4. Medication: Currently, there are no specific drugs specifically for treating fatty liver disease; however, if there are underlying conditions such as diabetes or high cholesterol, medications such as antioxidants, anti-inflammatory drugs, and lipid-lowering agents may be used under a doctor's guidance.

5. Regular follow-up examinations: Undergo liver function tests and ultrasound examinations every six months to one year to monitor disease progression and assess the status of fatty liver disease.

Do not neglect mild fatty liver disease; timely medical consultation is recommended.
