Blisters on the sides of the toes may develop due to improper walking posture, such as excessive inward or outward rotation, which can cause uneven pressure and increased friction on certain areas of the foot, leading to blisters. However, ill-fitting shoes, prolonged walking or exercise, and fungal infections can also cause this symptom.

It is recommended to first check whether your shoes fit properly and to choose comfortable, well-fitting shoes with good support and cushioning. Reduce prolonged walking and strenuous exercise recently to avoid worsening the symptoms. If the blister is small, keep the area clean and dry, allowing it to be reabsorbed naturally. If the blister is large, it is recommended to visit a hospital where a healthcare professional can disinfect the area, puncture the blister to drain the fluid, and then apply a dressing.

In addition, observe whether there are other symptoms such as itching or peeling on the foot. If present, a fungal infection may exist, and further medical evaluation and treatment are needed.
