Blackheads are formed when sebum produced by the sebaceous glands accumulates in the pores and turns black after being exposed to air and oxidized. Enlarged pores are associated with excessive sebum production, skin aging, and loosening of structures around the hair follicles.

Regular exfoliation can help remove dead skin cells and prevent pore blockage, but should not be performed too frequently. Using skincare products containing ingredients such as salicylic acid and fruit acids can improve follicular keratinization, reduce blackhead formation, and minimize pore size.

Pay attention to oil control and moisturization by choosing lightweight, non-greasy skincare products to avoid skin dehydration, which can lead to increased oil production. In terms of diet, reduce consumption of spicy, oily, and sweet foods, and eat more vegetables and fruits. Maintain a regular sleep schedule, avoid staying up late, and reduce mental stress.

If the condition is severe, consider undergoing cosmetic treatments such as laser therapy or chemical peels at a reputable medical facility, but these should be performed under the guidance of a qualified physician.
