Poor spleen and stomach function, pimples on the chest and back, loose or unformed stools, abdominal bloating and pain
I have been experiencing discomfort in the spleen and stomach for a long time, manifested as indigestion. Recently, I also noticed frequent breakouts of pimples on my chest and back, accompanied by loose stools and frequent abdominal distension and pain.

Dysfunction of the spleen and stomach can lead to a series of digestive system problems, such as indigestion, loss of appetite, and loose stools. It may also affect the body's endocrine balance, potentially causing skin issues like acne on the chest and back.
Adjust eating habits by avoiding oily, spicy, raw, cold, and hard-to-digest foods. Instead, consume more easily digestible foods rich in dietary fiber, such as vegetables, fruits, and whole grains, to help improve digestive function. Additionally, maintain regular meal times with appropriate portion sizes and avoid overeating.
Medication may be used under a doctor's guidance, including certain spleen- and stomach-regulating medications such as probiotics and digestive tablets. For acne issues, topical medications can be applied externally. If symptoms such as loose stools and abdominal bloating or pain persist, prompt medical consultation is recommended for further evaluation and treatment.
Maintain healthy lifestyle habits, such as quitting smoking and alcohol consumption, going to bed early and waking up early, and avoiding staying up late. Regular moderate physical activities, such as walking and yoga, can also help improve spleen and stomach function and intestinal health.
If symptoms persist or worsen, timely medical consultation is necessary for examination.
