Disease description:

Recently, the skin on my forehead developed an allergic reaction, accompanied by mild redness, swelling, and itching. After using the anti-allergy ointment recommended by my doctor, the redness and swelling gradually subsided. However, I later noticed that peeling began in the previously affected area, leaving behind some small white spots resembling hypopigmentation after the peeling.

After an allergic reaction on the forehead, peeling skin may appear and subsequently develop into small white spots. This symptom could be caused by various skin conditions. Allergies themselves may lead to skin inflammation, causing redness, itching, and peeling. After peeling, the skin may develop white spots due to pigment loss or post-inflammatory hypopigmentation. This condition may also be related to diseases such as contact dermatitis, sun-induced dermatitis, or pityriasis alba. Contact dermatitis is usually triggered by exposure to allergens such as cosmetics or shampoo.

During the skin's recovery period, avoid using any products that may irritate the skin, including cosmetics and skincare products containing alcohol or other irritating ingredients. When going outdoors, take proper sun protection measures to prevent direct sunlight from reaching the affected area.
