Osteofibrosarcoma is a rare malignant tumor that primarily occurs in the bones, especially in the metaphyseal regions of long bones. It is characterized by tumors composed of fibroblasts and immature connective tissue, which can produce collagen and some fibrous components. Osteofibrosarcoma usually occurs in adolescents and young adults but may also affect children and the elderly.
