There are irregular red bumps with white spots on the body; previously had eczema and fungal infection.
Recently, many irregular red bumps have appeared on the body, and some small white spots have also been noticed on these bumps. As there was a previous history of eczema and fungal infection, I would like to know whether these new symptoms are related to the prior conditions or if they indicate another type of skin disease.

The patient previously suffered from eczema and fungal infections, both of which can cause skin inflammation, itching, and rashes. Eczema is usually associated with various internal and external factors such as allergies and environmental irritants, and is characterized by symptoms including skin redness, papules, and itching. The newly emerged irregular red bumps and white spots on the patient's body might indicate a recurrence of eczema or fungal infection, or possibly other types of skin diseases such as urticaria, psoriasis, or viral infections.
The patient should avoid scratching or using medications without medical guidance to prevent worsening of the condition. It is advisable to seek prompt medical attention for a detailed physical examination and necessary laboratory tests by a dermatologist. During treatment, the patient should follow medical instructions precisely regarding medication usage and should not alter dosages or methods of application independently.
In addition, the patient should maintain clean and dry skin, avoid excessive bathing and using irritating cosmetics, wear loose and breathable clothing, maintain healthy lifestyle habits, follow a light diet, and avoid consuming spicy or irritating foods to promote skin health.
