Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), also known as childhood hyperactivity, is a common neurodevelopmental disorder in children. It is primarily characterized by inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsive behaviors, specifically manifested as follows:

1. Inattention: Children have difficulty maintaining focus on tasks for extended periods, are easily distracted, especially during activities requiring sustained mental effort such as studying or doing homework. They often become sidetracked and frequently overlook or forget important details.

3. Emotional impulsivity:

These behaviors are more pronounced and persistent compared to those of peers and can significantly impair academic performance, social interactions, and family life. If parents notice these symptoms in their child, prompt medical evaluation at a hospital is recommended.
