Peeling skin on the soles of the feet without accompanying itching is usually related to various factors such as prolonged wearing of non-breathable shoes and socks, dry skin, fungal infection, excessive cleaning, or the use of irritating detergents. To manage this condition, you may try the following approaches:

1. Keep feet clean and dry: Wash your feet daily with warm water and mild soap, and thoroughly dry them afterward, especially between the toes.

2. Apply moisturizer: Use fragrance-free moisturizing products, especially after bathing or before going to bed, to help restore the skin's natural barrier function.

3. Wear breathable shoes and socks: Choose socks made of cotton or other breathable materials, and avoid wearing plastic or synthetic shoes to reduce foot sweating and dampness.

4. If caused by hyperkeratotic tinea pedis, antifungal medications may be used, such as amorolfine hydrochloride cream or compound methyl salicylate cream.

5. If diagnosed as exfoliative keratolysis, corticosteroid medications may be used, such as hydrocortisone butyrate cream or triamcinolone acetonide acetate cream.

6. For palmoplantar keratoderma, topical retinoid medications may be used, such as tretinoin cream or tazarotene cream.

If the above measures fail to improve symptoms, it is recommended to seek medical evaluation.
