The treatment of hand eczema requires comprehensive consideration of factors such as causes, severity of the condition, and personal habits. Below are some basic treatment methods:

1. Avoid irritants: Try to avoid contact with substances that may worsen eczema, such as detergents, cleansers, and chemical solvents. Wear protective gloves when handling these substances.

2. Keep skin moisturized: Use fragrance-free, gentle moisturizers or lotions, especially after hand washing and before bedtime, to help maintain skin hydration.

3. Gentle cleansing: Use mild, fragrance-free soap, avoid washing hands with hot water, and use warm water instead to reduce skin dryness.

4. Medication: Topical corticosteroid creams, such as Alclometasone cream (Alocort) or Halometasone cream, can be applied to relieve inflammation and itching. For acute eczema with significant exudation and erosion, cold wet compresses with boric acid solution or normal saline can be used first, followed by application of cream preparations after the lesions dry up.

5. Lifestyle adjustments: Maintain healthy habits such as balanced diet, adequate sleep, and moderate exercise, which can improve overall health and indirectly alleviate eczema symptoms.

If symptoms persist or worsen, timely medical consultation is recommended for diagnosis and treatment under the guidance of a qualified physician.
