Treatment methods for skin allergies mainly include the following aspects:

1. Avoid contact with allergens: Identify specific substances causing allergies through skin tests or blood tests. Common allergens include pollen, dust mites, cosmetics, detergents, etc. Once allergens are identified, exposure should be avoided as much as possible.

2. Medication:

Oral medications: Antiallergic drugs such as loratadine tablets and cetirizine can effectively relieve symptoms such as itching and swelling caused by allergic reactions.

Topical medications: Such as hydrocortisone cream and desonide cream, which can be applied locally to the affected area to alleviate symptoms and promote skin healing. For skin with erosion or exudation, wet compresses with boric acid solution or normal saline of appropriate concentration may be used.

3. Cold compress: Apply a cold towel or ice pack to the affected skin for 10-15 minutes each time, which helps relieve itching and swelling.

4. Improve lifestyle habits: Choose clothing made of cotton or other natural fibers, avoid tight-fitting garments and synthetic materials to reduce skin irritation. For individuals with food allergies, follow a diet plan recommended by a doctor or nutritionist to avoid known allergenic foods.

5. Immunotherapy: In some cases, if allergens cannot be completely avoided and symptoms are severe, immunotherapy (such as desensitization injections) might be considered to help the body gradually adapt to the allergen and reduce allergic reactions.
