What is anal eczema?
I would like to know what anal eczema is and determine whether I might have developed it.

Anal eczema is a common skin disease, mainly characterized by polymorphic skin lesions around the anus, including erythema, papules, vesicles, erosion, exudation, crusting, and scaling, accompanied by intense itching. Anal eczema may be caused by various factors, including persistent moisture or friction, tight clothing, chronic constipation or diarrhea, allergic reactions, skin infections, and autoimmune diseases.
Main symptoms of anal eczema include:
1. Itching, which may worsen after scratching.
2. Increased discharge: causing moisture around the anus and easily soiling underwear.
3. Polymorphic skin lesions around the anus, including erythema, papules, vesicles, erosion, exudation, crusting, and scaling.
