It is generally not recommended to eat lamb shortly after undergoing double eyelid surgery.

Double eyelid surgery is a common cosmetic procedure that improves the appearance of the eyes by creating a natural fold in the eyelid. Lamb, as a nutrient-rich food, contains high-quality protein and various vitamins and minerals, and is generally beneficial to the body. However, it is not advisable to consume lamb immediately after double eyelid surgery because lamb is considered a warming food that may increase internal body heat and potentially trigger an inflammatory response at the surgical site, leading to redness, swelling, and increased pain. Additionally, excessive intake of the high protein content in lamb may place additional strain on the body's metabolism and interfere with the normal wound healing process.

If an individual has a good constitution and proper post-operative care with rapid wound healing, they may consume lamb in moderation one month after the surgery. However, for those with a weaker constitution or those who experience complications such as infection or hematoma after surgery, the recovery period will be longer, and lamb should be avoided until full recovery is achieved. During the recovery period after double eyelid surgery, the diet should be light and easily digestible, with an emphasis on foods rich in vitamin C and high-quality protein, such as fresh vegetables, fruits, and milk, to promote wound healing and recovery.
