
Why can't I fall asleep at night and wake up early?
I have not been sleeping well for the past few days. I often feel extremely thirsty during the night and in the evening. Although I feel very tired, I have difficulty falling asleep, and I wake up particularly early in the morning. Could you please advise on what I can do? Thank you.
