Early Symptoms of Early Pregnancy
A 27-year-old friend of mine is currently trying to conceive but is unsure whether she is pregnant, as some symptoms may appear after conception. She would like to know about the early signs and symptoms of pregnancy.

Early pregnancy symptoms include amenorrhea, nausea and vomiting, breast tenderness, frequent and urgent urination, and emotional fluctuations.
1. Amenorrhea: After pregnancy, increased levels of progesterone and estrogen in the female body maintain the endometrium in a stable state without periodic shedding, thereby causing amenorrhea.
2. Nausea and vomiting: These symptoms are mainly caused by changes in hormone levels. The severity varies among individuals and usually gradually subsides or disappears in most women around the third month of pregnancy.
3. Breast tenderness: The breasts gradually enlarge and become softer. At the same time, pregnant women may experience breast tenderness, and the color of the nipples and areolas may also darken.
4. Frequent and urgent urination: As the uterus enlarges, it exerts pressure on the bladder, causing symptoms of frequent and urgent urination during early pregnancy.
5. Emotional fluctuations: Due to hormonal changes, pregnant women may experience emotional instability, including symptoms such as anxiety, depression, or irritability.
If pregnancy is suspected or these symptoms appear, it is recommended to seek timely medical attention and undergo relevant examinations to confirm the pregnancy.
