Early bone metastasis can generally be treated through medication, surgical treatment, and radiotherapy.

The main treatment goals for early bone metastasis are to relieve pain, prevent complications, and control tumor progression. Medication treatment includes using bisphosphonates or RANKL inhibitors to reduce bone destruction, as well as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or endocrine therapy to control the growth of the primary tumor. In some cases, such as when pathological fractures exist or in areas at high risk of fracture, surgical intervention may be required to stabilize the skeletal structure.

Surgical treatment is a common and effective approach for early bone metastasis, including minimally invasive procedures and vertebral augmentation techniques. External beam radiotherapy, as a traditional treatment method, can effectively alleviate symptoms, especially pain, prevent vertebral metastasis, and reduce the risk of patient paralysis.

During treatment, patients need to maintain healthy lifestyle habits, avoid strenuous exercise, and manage their diet, particularly avoiding pickled, fried, and spicy foods, as these may worsen the condition.
