What are the symptoms of influenza A?
Recently, there have been many people around me infected with influenza A, and I feel like I might also have contracted it. What are the symptoms of influenza A?

Influenza A, also known as Type A flu, may present with symptoms such as fever, respiratory symptoms, and systemic symptoms.
Influenza A is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by the Influenza A virus. Its symptoms are similar to those of the common cold but are typically more severe. The main symptoms include fever, severe cough, sore throat, nasal congestion or runny nose, muscle or joint pain, headache, chills, fatigue, and weakness. In some cases, patients may also experience gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
Cough, runny nose, and sore throat are common respiratory symptoms of Influenza A. The cough may be dry or accompanied by phlegm; runny nose may initially present as clear nasal discharge, which may become thicker and more purulent as the illness progresses; sore throat may worsen during swallowing.
Fatigue is a typical manifestation in patients with Influenza A. After viral infection, the body's immune system is in a state of stress and consumes significant energy to fight the virus. Additionally, symptoms such as high fever accelerate the body's metabolism, further depleting energy reserves, leading to physical weakness and a marked decrease in exercise tolerance.
