What are the early signs of pregnancy?
I am currently preparing for pregnancy. May I ask, what are the early signs of pregnancy?

Early signs of pregnancy typically begin to appear a few weeks after conception, mainly manifesting as follows:
1. Missed period: The most direct sign of pregnancy is the absence of menstruation. If your menstrual cycle has previously been regular and your period is delayed by more than a week, it could indicate pregnancy.
2. Breast changes: The breasts may become enlarged and tender, with the nipples and areolas increasing in size and deepening in color. These changes are caused by hormonal fluctuations.
3. Morning sickness: This includes nausea and vomiting, which are often more pronounced in the morning but can occur at any time during the day.
4. Fatigue: A sudden feeling of unusual tiredness may occur, primarily due to hormonal changes in the early stages of pregnancy.
5. Frequent urination: In early pregnancy, pressure on the bladder from the growing uterus may lead to increased frequency of urination. However, this symptom often improves during the second trimester.
6. Light bleeding or spotting: Some women may experience slight vaginal bleeding around the time of implantation of the fertilized egg, commonly referred to as implantation bleeding.
