The Best Foods for Supplementing Estrogen
Recently, my estrogen secretion has decreased, and I would like to use dietary therapy to nourish my body. Could you please tell me what are the best foods for boosting estrogen levels?

There is generally no such thing as the best food for supplementing estrogen. To supplement estrogen, you can consume in moderation soy products, whole grains, flaxseeds, fruits, vegetables, and other foods.
1. Soy products: Such as soy milk, tofu, and soy protein, contain large amounts of soy isoflavones, which are hormone-like chemical substances that can act like estrogen in the body. In addition, soy isoflavones can promote the synthesis and regulation of estrogen and are preferred foods for supplementing estrogen.
2. Whole grains: Such as oats, brown rice, and whole wheat bread, also contain certain amounts of phytoestrogens.
3. Flaxseeds: Another food rich in phytoestrogens, particularly high in lignans.
4. Fruits and vegetables: Black fungus (wood ear) and spinach also contain certain amounts of plant-based estrogens; moderate consumption can help regulate female hormone levels and promote health.
Note that although these foods are effective for supplementing estrogen, they should be consumed in moderation to avoid health risks associated with excessive intake.
