Cirrhosis is an irreversible process and cannot be completely cured in the early stages either. However, with active treatment, the progression of the disease can be controlled, and liver function can be improved to some extent, thereby enhancing patients' quality of life and survival time.

Cirrhosis is a diffuse liver damage caused by long-term or repeated effects of various etiologies. Its characteristics include widespread degeneration and necrosis of hepatocytes, disruption of liver lobule structure, formation of regenerative nodules (false lobules), and gradual deformation and hardening of the liver. Once cirrhosis develops, the structure and function of the liver have undergone irreversible changes, making it difficult to fully return to a normal state.

However, for patients with early-stage cirrhosis, timely diagnosis and appropriate, effective treatment may slow disease progression, reduce the occurrence of complications, and potentially reverse part of the liver fibrosis, leading to some improvement in liver morphology.

Patients can receive treatment under a doctor's guidance using medications such as furosemide injection, bumetanide tablets, and Anluohuaxian pills, and should also maintain healthy lifestyle and dietary habits in daily life.
