How to treat red spots on a child's body?
My child is 16 years old and has recently developed many red pimples on the skin, which have not improved. I would like to know how to treat red spots appearing on a child's body.

Clinically common treatments for red spots on children's bodies include anti-allergic therapy and anti-infective therapy. 1. Anti-allergic therapy: Anti-allergic medications such as paclitaxel tablets and chromatin capsules (fumarate) can be taken orally, or topical applications such as antiallergic creams, hydrocortisone, and piperidine cream may be used. 2. Anti-infective therapy: Topical antibiotic ointments such as erythromycin ointment, mupirocin ointment, or acyclovir cream may be applied as prescribed, or oral antibiotics such as cefixime tablets, amoxicillin capsules, or azithromycin extended-release tablets may be taken. Patients are advised to seek timely medical evaluation upon experiencing these symptoms to identify the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment.
