Children's nighttime coughing and teeth grinding may be caused by allergic cough or may be due to intestinal parasites. If it is caused by allergic cough, medication such as dextromethorphan granules can be taken under a doctor's guidance, and a healthy living environment should also be maintained. If the symptoms are caused by intestinal parasites, deworming treatment with medications such as albendazole tablets can be taken as directed by a physician; however, this medication is only suitable for children over 2 years old.
