If a child sneezes and has a runny nose due to catching a chill or common cold, parents can, under a doctor's guidance, administer cold medications such as Pediatric Common Cold Granules or Pediatric Paracetamol, Chlorpheniramine, and Artificial Cow-bezoar Granules. If the symptoms are caused by allergic rhinitis, antiallergic medications such as Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Oral Solution can be used. Additionally, Amoxicillin Granules may be used as an adjunctive treatment.
