What does it mean to sneeze frequently?
For the past few days, I have been sneezing constantly, but without a runny nose or cold symptoms. What could be causing this?

Frequent sneezing may be caused by various factors. Allergic rhinitis is one of the most common causes. When the body has an allergic reaction to substances in the air, such as pollen, dust mites, pet dander, etc., symptoms such as frequent sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion may occur.
Temperature changes, such as moving from a warm indoor environment to a cold outdoor environment, may irritate the nasal mucosa and cause sneezing. Additionally, when the nasal passages or respiratory tract come into contact with irritants such as dust, bacteria, or pollen, the body may respond by sneezing to expel these foreign substances.
Sinus inflammation may increase nasal secretions, irritating the nasal passages and triggering sneezing. Some people are particularly sensitive to light, cold air, or emotional changes, which may provoke a sneezing reflex. If frequent sneezing is accompanied by other symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, itchy eyes, or skin rashes, it is recommended to consult a doctor to determine the specific cause and receive appropriate treatment.
It is advisable to maintain a light diet and avoid consuming spicy or irritating foods, such as garlic, spicy hot pot, and mustard. Additionally, adequate rest is important, and excessive fatigue should be avoided to prevent negative effects on overall health.
