Introduction
Nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea, and the urge to vomit may result from inadequate abdominal warmth or consumption of excessively spicy, irritating, fried, or cold foods, which can irritate the gastrointestinal tract. They may also stem from ingestion of food contaminated with microorganisms or from acute gastroenteritis caused by bacterial or viral infection. Additionally, these symptoms may occur in individuals with gastric ulcers.

Feeling nauseous, experiencing stomach pain, diarrhea, and nausea may be caused by environmental or dietary factors, acute gastroenteritis, gastric ulcers, or other conditions.

1. Environmental and Dietary Factors

These symptoms—nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea, and nausea—may result from inadequate abdominal warmth leading to cold exposure. They may also arise from consuming excessively spicy, irritating, fried, or cold foods, which can irritate the gastrointestinal tract and cause functional gastrointestinal disturbances.

2. Acute Gastroenteritis

This condition may occur after ingestion of food contaminated with microorganisms or due to bacterial or viral infections affecting the gastrointestinal tract. Typical manifestations include diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Inflammatory responses may also produce systemic symptoms such as chills and fever.

3. Gastric Ulcer

Gastric ulcers—potentially triggered by *Helicobacter pylori* infection, chronic sleep deprivation, binge eating, or long-term consumption of gastric-irritating foods—can likewise lead to nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea, and nausea.
