Introduction
Nausea with blood-tinged vomit may be caused by conditions such as liver cirrhosis, duodenal ulcer, or tonsillitis. If irregular eating habits persist over a long period due to work or lifestyle factors, acute gastritis may develop. Inflammation in the stomach can trigger nausea and vomiting; in severe cases, the vomiting may damage the mucosal lining, leading to blood-tinged sputum in the vomit.

Nausea with blood streaks in vomit may be caused by conditions such as liver cirrhosis, duodenal ulcer, tonsillitis, or acute gastritis.

1. Liver Cirrhosis

In patients with liver cirrhosis, abnormal liver function significantly reduces the liver's ability to synthesize clotting factors, which may lead to nausea and vomiting with blood-tinged secretions.

2. Duodenal Ulcer

When a duodenal ulcer is caused by Helicobacter pylori infection, inflammation may irritate the gastrointestinal tract and produce the aforementioned symptoms, including nausea with blood-streaked vomit.

3. Tonsillitis

If one frequently consumes spicy or irritating foods due to poor dietary habits, inflammation of the tonsils may develop, leading to tonsillitis. This inflammation can irritate the throat, causing nausea and vomiting with blood streaks.

4. Acute Gastritis

Long-term irregular eating patterns due to work or lifestyle factors may lead to acute gastritis. Inflammation in the stomach can cause symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. Severe vomiting may damage the mucosal lining, resulting in bleeding and blood-tinged vomit.
