Introduction
Dizziness and a sudden sensation of weightlessness may be caused by insufficient cerebral blood supply, hypoglycemia, anemia, or other reasons. Insufficient cerebral blood flow is usually due to inadequate cardiac pumping or reduced blood flow into the brain. Hypoglycemia typically results from inadequate nutrition, medication factors, or similar causes. Anemia commonly arises from insufficient or decreased red blood cell production, or acute and chronic blood loss.

Sudden dizziness with a sensation similar to weightlessness may be caused by insufficient cerebral blood supply, hypoglycemia, anemia, or other reasons. It can usually be treated by improving dietary habits, taking appropriate medications, and similar measures.

1. Insufficient Cerebral Blood Supply: This condition arises due to inadequate cardiac pumping or reduced blood flow into the brain. It is often accompanied by symptoms such as memory decline, irritability, and restlessness. To address this, medications such as Nimodipine Tablets or Vincamine Tablets may be taken under medical guidance. A green, healthy diet with light, easily digestible foods is recommended, along with developing good eating habits. Moderate exercise to promote blood circulation and maintaining regular daily routines are also advised.

2. Hypoglycemia: Low blood sugar levels can result from inadequate nutrition, medication side effects, or other factors, commonly presenting with decreased appetite, tremors, and palpitations. Treatment typically involves consuming glucose water or other sugary substances orally. It is recommended to maintain a balanced diet, avoid picky eating, and ensure sufficient intake of carbohydrates and energy.

3. Anemia: Anemia occurs due to insufficient or reduced red blood cell production, or acute and chronic blood loss, and is often associated with symptoms like insomnia and vivid dreams. Treatment may involve blood transfusion under a doctor’s supervision. Alternatively, medications such as Ferrous Sulfate Tablets or Ferrous Succinate Tablets may be used as treatment options.
