Introduction
The femur length is about 5.2 cm at approximately 28 weeks of fetal gestation. The standard femur length measurements start from week 13 of pregnancy and serve as an important indicator during pregnancy to assess whether fetal development is normal. At 13 weeks, the femur length is approximately 1.17 cm; by 20 weeks, it reaches about 3.35 cm; and around 28 weeks, it measures approximately 5.35 cm.

The femur length of 5.2 cm corresponds approximately to a 28-week gestational age. The standard values for femur length are calculated starting from week 13 of pregnancy and serve as an important indicator during pregnancy to assess whether fetal development is normal. At 13 weeks, the femur length is about 1.17 cm; at 14 weeks, it reaches approximately 1.38 cm; around 1.74 cm at 15 weeks; about 3.35 cm at 20 weeks; approximately 5.35 cm at 28 weeks; and should reach about 7.2 cm after 38 weeks.

Femur length gradually increases as the fetus grows and develops. The normal reference values for femur length are as follows: Week 16: 2.1–2.4 cm Week 17: 2.5–2.7 cm Week 18: 2.8–3.00 cm Week 19: 3.1–3.3 cm Week 20: 3.4–3.5 cm Week 21: 3.6–3.8 cm Week 22: 3.9–4.1 cm Week 23: 4.2–4.3 cm Week 24: 4.4–4.6 cm Week 25: 4.7–4.8 cm Week 26: 4.9–5.0 cm Week 27: 5.1–5.3 cm Week 28: 4.8–5.9 cm Week 29: 5.06–6.16 cm Week 30: 5.3 ± 6.24 cm Week 31: 5.65–6.41 cm Week 32: 5.94–6.92 cm Week 33: 5.89–6.75 cm Week 34: 6.26–7.16 cm Week 35: 6.95 ± 0.47 cm Week 36: 7.10 ± 0.52 cm Week 37: 7.20 ± 0.43 cm Week 38: 7.34 ± 0.53 cm Week 39: 7.40 ± 0.53 cm
