Introduction
The following are antiallergic eye drops: 1. Emedastine difumarate ophthalmic solution exerts antiallergic effects by antagonizing histamine receptors, providing temporary relief from allergic conjunctivitis. 2. Sodium cromoglicate ophthalmic solution inhibits mast cell release of histamine and suppresses the release of allergic mediators, used for prevention and treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. 3. Diclofenac sodium ophthalmic solution treats allergic eye diseases such as allergic conjunctivitis.

Generally, antiallergic eye drops include olopatadine fumarate eye drops, sodium cromoglicate eye drops, and diclofenac sodium eye drops.

1. Olopatadine Fumarate Eye Drops: This belongs to antihistamine medications. Its active ingredient is olopatadine fumarate, which exerts antiallergic effects by blocking histamine receptors. It can temporarily relieve symptoms such as eye itching and tearing caused by allergic conjunctivitis.

2. Sodium Cromoglicate Eye Drops: This is a mast cell stabilizer containing ingredients such as sodium cromoglicate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, and sodium dihydrogen phosphate. It primarily works by inhibiting the release of histamine and slow-reacting substances from mast cells, thereby suppressing the release of allergic mediators. Clinically, it is used for the prevention and treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis, such as spring catarrh.

3. Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops: This is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with diclofenac sodium as its main component. It is effective in treating allergic eye conditions such as keratitis and seasonal allergic conjunctivitis.

In addition, tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops also have antiallergic effects. However, specific medication use should follow medical advice, and self-medication should be avoided.
