Proteases are industrial enzyme preparations capable of catalyzing the hydrolysis of proteins and polypeptides, and are widely used in cheese production, meat tenderization, and plant protein modification. Enzyme proteins, on the other hand, are primarily used in animal feed. They are produced through composite fermentation using plant proteins as raw materials, yeast as the primary microorganism, and supplemented with seven additional microbial strains that produce enzymes and vitamins. This process improves the structure of plant proteins and enriches them with digestive enzyme systems, microbial protein, and vitamins, thereby enhancing disease resistance and reducing mortality rates.
