At present, desquamative hand dermatitis is a common condition. In your case, the diagnosis is likely keratolysis exfoliativa, primarily caused by rapid loss of skin moisture and a relative reduction in epidermal hydration, leading to natural skin dryness. Most patients recover spontaneously without requiring specific treatment. For routine management, oral supplementation with vitamins A, C, and E may be considered, along with topical application of urea cream.
