Primary symptoms of penile eczema include papules, scaling, crusting, erythema, erosion, and exudation—often accompanied by pruritus and a stinging or burning sensation. First and foremost, maintain local cleanliness and ensure the affected area remains dry. Under a physician’s guidance, topical application of erythromycin ointment or Predisone (compound betamethasone dipropionate) ointment may be used for symptomatic relief. Sexual intercourse must be avoided during treatment.
