Itching of the skin on the arms may result from environmental or seasonal factors, allergic reactions, or xerosis (dry skin). Fungal infection is also a possible cause. When experiencing arm itchiness, avoid frequent scratching with your hands to prevent scratch marks, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, or crusts/scabs.
