What Are the Signs of a Second Pregnancy?

During early pregnancy with the second child, the first sign is typically amenorrhea (missed period). For women with regular menstrual cycles, missing a period for more than ten days should strongly raise suspicion of pregnancy. Early pregnancy may also cause varying degrees of morning sickness, such as excessive fatigue, decreased appetite, nausea, and vomiting.
