Gastrointestinal dysfunction usually does not necessarily cause dizziness. Typical symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction include epigastric pain, postprandial fullness, epigastric burning, diarrhea, and constipation, which generally do not lead to dizziness. However, if gastrointestinal dysfunction is accompanied by varying degrees of psychological or mental abnormalities, symptoms such as dizziness, headache, and insomnia may occur.
