Absence of ejaculation does not guarantee absolute safety—pregnancy is still possible. Even without ejaculation, some men may release small amounts of sperm in pre-ejaculatory (prostatic) fluid during intercourse. If intercourse occurs during the fertile window (around ovulation), even a very small number of sperm may fertilize an egg, resulting in unintended pregnancy.
To prevent unintended pregnancy, effective contraception should always be used during sexual activity. Condoms are highly recommended as a reliable and accessible contraceptive method.
