When experiencing abdominal pain after consuming alcohol or spicy foods, the following measures can be taken to address the issue:

1. Rest and observation: Stop consuming alcohol and spicy foods, allowing the gastrointestinal tract sufficient time to rest. Most mild discomfort can be relieved through rest.

2. Dietary adjustments: Drink mild fluids such as warm water, sugar water, or milk, which can help dilute capsaicin and alcohol in the gastrointestinal tract, reducing irritation to the gastrointestinal mucosa. Avoid beverages such as coffee, strong tea, and carbonated drinks that may exacerbate irritation.

3. Medication: For persistent or severe abdominal pain, acid-suppressing medications such as proton pump inhibitors or gastric mucosal protectants may be used under a doctor's guidance to reduce irritation of the gastric mucosa by stomach acid.

4. Local heat application: Applying a warm towel to the abdomen can help alleviate gastrointestinal spasms caused by spicy irritation, thereby reducing pain.

5. Seek timely medical attention: If symptoms persist without improvement, or are accompanied by vomiting, bloody stools, fever, or other symptoms, prompt medical consultation is recommended.
