Sudden dizziness, nausea, and vomiting may be caused by hypotension. If hypotension has been ruled out, Ménière’s disease or a neurological disorder should be considered. When experiencing dizziness, nausea, and vomiting, prompt evaluation at a local hospital is essential to exclude serious conditions such as intracranial hemorrhage or other intracranial pathologies. Additionally, severe gastrointestinal disorders or cervical spine conditions—including cervical spondylosis or intervertebral disc herniation—may also cause these symptoms.
