Using an electric blanket during pregnancy is not recommended. The electromagnetic field and heat generated by electric blankets may adversely affect fetal development. If the weather is extremely cold, you may preheat the bed by turning on the electric blanket before sleeping, then switch it off once the desired temperature is reached. Alternatively, use air conditioning for warmth to prevent the pregnant woman from catching a cold or developing other illnesses. During pregnancy, avoid exposure to substances harmful to the fetus to safeguard healthy fetal development.
