Vesicular tinea manuum is a fungal infection of the hands characterized by millet-sized, densely distributed vesicles. Once diagnosed, topical antifungal ointments—such as bifonazole solution—should be applied. Additionally, under a physician’s guidance, appropriate oral antifungal and anti-inflammatory medications should be taken to control the condition. Proper hand care is essential during treatment.
