Dr. Wang Jie
Insufficient sleep leading to dizziness and nausea is typically caused by inadequate rest for the brain. It may also stem from underlying medical conditions, with cervical spondylosis being a relatively common example. Compression associated with cervical spondylosis frequently causes dizziness; when combined with insufficient rest, it may also trigger gastrointestinal discomfort. Similarly, elevated blood pressure or diabetes can provoke these symptoms under conditions of sleep deprivation.
